Refund Policy

1. Payments and billing

All payments on smarttube.lol are processed by Stripe and are billed in advance. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of every billing period until cancelled.

2. New subscriptions

If you subscribe for the first time and have used only a small portion of the build credits included in that period, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date.

3. Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if the build credits for that period have not been used. Because credits are consumed as soon as a build is generated, a period in which builds were produced may be refunded in part or not at all, at our reasonable discretion.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused full months within 30 days of the payment date, less any discount already received for annual billing.

5. Builds that do not install

If a build we generated cannot be installed on a device family that we list as supported, contact support and we will re-issue a corrected build for that device at no additional credit cost.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@smarttube.lol from the address linked to your account, including your order or invoice reference and the reason for the request. We reply to refund requests within 5 business days.

7. What is not refundable

• Credits already consumed by generated builds.
• Periods where the account was suspended for breaching the Terms of Service.
• Changes made upstream by the SmartTube project, YouTube or Google that affect playback, which are outside our control.
• Third-party charges, including anything you paid outside this service.
• Bank, card, or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Accounts with an open, unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
